Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is offering a Human Resources Intern (12 months) starting Summer 2027. You will learn from senior HR staff and collaborate with the UK HR team and global locations on recruitment, onboarding, engagement, rewards, learning & development, and DEI.

You will assist with managing annual global and local HR initiatives, gaining exposure to diverse HR topics while supporting day-to-day HR operations within the center.

Qualifications

• Studying for a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication and a keen interest in HR.
• Showcases Empathy and Active Listening

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment and candidate management processes.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to employee relations, rewards, learning & development, and DEI projects.
• Help manage global and local HR initiatives across locations.
• Support HR Manager and HR Representative with day-to-day tasks.
