Job summary

Schaeffler Canada Inc. is seeking a Co-op/Intern in Human Resources for our Stratford Campus. This 12‑month internship focuses on recruiting hourly and student staff, plus supporting digital learning and LMS administration on-site in Stratford.

You will collaborate with the Schaeffler Academy and Learning & Talent Management teams, contribute to IPGs, and help maintain training data across SAP/SuccessFactors. Cambridge-driven growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from HR-related program.
• CHRP or CTDP designation is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person for full-cycle recruitment of hourly and student employees.
• Partner with leadership to develop training matrices and on-the-job documentation.
• Support digital learning solutions using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Assist with LMS administration and reporting in SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Contribute to development of IPGs to improve onboarding and instruction.
• Collaborate with Schaeffler Academy on training initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity in SAP/SuccessFactors.
