• Onboard new hires effectively, improving onboarding experience and delivery.
• Govern job descriptions, transitioning to a skills-based approach.
• Support talent development and management via data and analytics.
• Build development programmes on the AI-driven BI platform and BI University.
• Participate in Openess, Respect & Opportunity initiatives and intern calendar.
• Assist Total Rewards with job evaluations, benchmarking, salary structures and benefits.
• Deliver accurate HR reports and maintain dashboards.
• Assist with employee relations issues and ER risk reduction.
• Contribute to restructures and organisational design as needed.
• Engage in general HR admin and contribute to projects during placement.
