Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited in London is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join the People team on a full-time basis. You will deliver a proactive, hands-on generalist HR advisory service to your client group and partner with stakeholders to drive people initiatives.

Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, the role offers broad exposure across employee relations, absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues, with a focus on UK employment law and a values-led culture.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent working experience.
• Generalist HR experience with strong exposure to employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Hit the ground running in a dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive generalist HR advisory service to your allocated client group.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations matters with practical advice.
• Support managers with absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
• Ensure policies and procedures are applied in line with employment legislation.
• Support the delivery of People Plan activities and change initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to align people solutions with business objectives.
• Support recruitment activity within your business area.
• Assist with HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Promote a positive, values-led culture across the colleague lifecycle.
