Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking an HR Adviser on a fixed-term contract to deliver generalist HR services to employees and managers across designated functions in the EMEA region.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, manage employee relations, and ensure policies and data accuracy in Workday. You will advise on regulatory requirements, support policy rollout and drive improvements, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering practical HR solutions in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Prior demonstrated experience in advising on HR related matters including application of policies, processes, and risks.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex global/regional matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to manage and execute on competing priorities in a timely manner using judgement and stakeholder management appropriately.
• Experience with HR Data Systems, preferably Workday.
• Solid understanding of relevant local/regional HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on practical HR solutions.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated business functions and countries in EMEA region.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR business partners, leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations, including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
• Counsel and educate managers and employees on employment policies and programs.
• Support initiatives with HR Business Partners and education rollout, including policy implementations.
• Provide data and information to support management decisions, ensuring Workday data is accurate.
• Assist hiring managers with requisitions, job descriptions, market data matching, and position management.
• Review Workday transactions for data quality and conduct regular data audits.
