Job summary

Analogic Jobs US is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and advisory support across the full HR lifecycle for the UK, Europe, India, and UAE. You will work closely with the business to implement people strategies, advise managers, employees, and applicants, and ensure compliance with established HR policies and procedures.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development while maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring legislative compliance.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of current UK employment law and its application in the business.
• Experience managing employee relations and sickness absence cases and coaching managers.
• Excellent working knowledge of Business English.
• Advanced Excel and PC skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a high pace, pressurized environment.
• Experience supporting consultation processes.
• International HR experience.
• Experience of matrix management in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR EMEAI Lead with the overall HR strategy.
• Maintain and develop HR policies in line with country legislation.
• Support line managers with recruitment, onboarding, development and retention.
• Promote staff welfare including health and safety, Working Time Regulations and wellbeing.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary, capability and performance issues.
• Prepare meeting notes and support consultation processes.
• Support talent development and HR/training record keeping to meet legislative requirements.
• Support absence management and provide guidance to the business.
• Administer visa applications across the region.
• Adhere to HR Shared Service procedures and HR processes.
• Undertake other duties as required by the HR EMEAI Lead.
