Job summary

Analogic UK is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and advisory support across the full HR lifecycle for the UK region and internationally. You will work with the extended HR team to develop solutions that help the business deliver its people strategy.

You will collaborate with business areas to implement the people strategy and provide operational support and guidance to managers, employees and applicants in line with established HR policies and procedures, across UK, Europe,

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of UK employment law and application within the business.
• Experience managing employee relations and sickness absence cases; coaching managers.
• Excellent working knowledge of Business English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Experience supporting consultation processes.
• International HR experience.
• Experience with matrix management in a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR EMEAI Lead with the overall HR strategy and delivery.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with country legislation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of employees.
• Promote staff welfare, health and safety, and wellbeing.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary, and performance management.
• Maintain HR records and support consultation processes.
• Support visa applications and HR administration across the region.
• Uphold HR Shared Service procedures and processes.
