Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join the EMEIA Head Office team based in Willenhall. You will provide a generalist advisory service to managers and employees across about 20 countries, working with SAP SuccessFactors and coordinating recruitment with third-party partners.

You will analyse HR data to translate insights into practical recommendations, support the annual HR calendar, pay reviews and performance discussions, and contribute to HR projects across the EMEIA region

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory capacity.
• CIPD qualification or part-qualified.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in a complex international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a generalist HR advisory service to employees and managers across the EMEIA division.
• Develop and implement HR processes, policies and communications.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and lifecycle management.
• Analyze HR data and translate into actionable insights.
• Support HR projects including SAP SuccessFactors improvements.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to drive adoption of HR systems.
• Monitor HR metrics and support performance and pay review cycles.
