Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a generalist HR professional to deliver efficient HR services to employees and managers across designated functions in the EMEA region.

You will support performance, development, talent, compensation reviews, and policy adherence in collaboration with HR Business Partners. You will advise on employment policies, manage employee relations, and lead data-driven initiatives while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on HR matters, applying policies, processes and risk.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a global/regional matrixed org.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with good judgement and stakeholder management.
• Experience with HR data systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong understanding of local/regional HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making, delivering practical HR solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Commercial, client-service oriented mindset with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated functions and countries (EMEA).
• Build relationships with HR business partners, leaders and stakeholders; serve as primary PM for designated heads of office.
• Manage employee relations, performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence in partnership with line managers and ER/Head of HR.
• Counsel managers on policies and programs; escalate to HRBP and Legal when needed.
• Support HR initiatives with education, execution and ongoing support (e.g., redundancies, policy rollout).
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions; liaise with Compensation/Finance; ensure Workday data aligns.
