Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking an HR Shared Services Co-ordinator in Henley-on-Thames to support HR operations across countries. You will handle inquiries via the MyConnect portal, process HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, and maintain accurate personnel records.

Qualifications

  • Direct related HR experience in a customer/client focused role.
  • General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Proven skills in Workday, or equivalent HR systems, are required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels of seniority within HR.
  • A Level standard education or equivalent and direct related HR experience in a client-focused environment are required.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as first point of contact/triage for incoming inquiries via the employee portal and routes to knowledge content or HR teams.
  • Processes HR system transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, including changes, hires and terminations.
  • Maintains data accuracy and supports data management improvements.
