• Identify learning needs and design engaging training programs.
• Deliver ongoing training including inductions, service training and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Training & development strategy: identify needs, design and deliver engaging programs and maintain materials.
• Onboarding & ongoing development: coordinate onboarding and professional development aligned with operational goals.
• Evaluation & culture building: assess training effectiveness, maintain records and mentor career progression.
