Job summary

Endava is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation strategy and multi-region execution. You will own the full funnel—from awareness to conversion—driving pipeline, revenue, and measurable business impact.

You will build a global Centre of Excellence, work with Sales, CTO, and leadership, and guide a diverse, high‑performing team. The role requires strategic vision and hands‑on execution, with experience across digital, ABM, events, content, and nurturing programs.

Qualifications

• Significant years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a global or multi-regional role.
• Proven expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and full-funnel marketing strategy across multiple channels (digital, paid media, ABM, content, events).
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in matrix environments across diverse geographic markets and cultural contexts.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and ROI measurement.
• Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capability; ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth marketing strategies across multiple channels with clear ROI forecasting and impact measurement.
• Lead the full demand generation funnel, aligning campaigns with commercial goals to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Build and scale a Centre of Excellence for campaigns, events, and ABM while enabling regional field marketing teams.
• Define target audiences, priority propositions, and GTM strategies in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Leadership, Global Alliances, and CTO.
