Job summary

Versant Media’s Belfast-based team powers GolfPass across international markets. The organisation seeks a Subscription & Growth Lead to own end-to-end commercial performance, growth opportunities, and the member proposition.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Support and Finance to grow membership, engagement and recurring revenue. You will set strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes, leveraging data, customer insight and market dynamics to tailor

Qualifications

• Experience owning or commercially managing a consumer subscription, membership or recurring-revenue proposition.
• Ability to leverage data and customer insight to identify performance opportunities and translate them into commercial actions and experiments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing/CRM, Finance and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including forecasting, prioritisation and business-case development.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to present performance, recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GolfPass International strategy, aligned with company goals and budgets.
• Own the commercial scorecard for GolfPass, including member growth, activation, engagement, renewal and revenue.
• Own forecasting, budget performance and the business cases for major GolfPass initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and be the internal subject matter expert for GolfPass International.
• Develop and prioritise the retention and proactive churn-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing/CRM on lifecycle strategy and member communications.
