• Own international B2C growth strategy across GolfNow in multiple markets.
• Lead paid and organic acquisition across search, social, affiliates.
• Drive journey from visit to booking, optimizing conversion and revenue.
• Own CRM, email and in‑app communications with segmentation and personalization.
• Collaborate with US teams to align creative and measurement.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
