Job summary

Versant seeks a commercially minded B2C marketing leader to own GolfNow growth across international markets. Based in our International HQ in Belfast with hybrid working, you will oversee acquisition, conversion, lifecycle and retention to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

You will build the cross-channel marketing plan, lead paid and organic strategies, and drive CRM-enabled engagement to increase bookings and customer value. Strong ROI focus and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• It is essential that candidates have 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in a global context.
• Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Strong ROI focus with proven acquisition, conversion and retention results.
• Experience leading consumer-growth, performance marketing, ecommerce or digital-travel marketing.
• Ability to balance short-term trading with long-term customer value and brand health.

Responsibilities

• Lead international B2C marketing plan aligned to commercial priorities.
• Direct paid and organic acquisition across search, social, and affiliates.
• Own journey from visit to booking to improve conversion and revenue per session.
• Create unified CRM, email, push, in-app communications and journeys.
• Use insights to guide marketing actions and optimize campaigns.
• Own international reporting and narrative for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans focused on acquisition and retention.
• Provide marketing briefs informed by research and analytics for compelling campaigns.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to align creative and measurement.
