Job summary

A specialist insurance firm in Greater London is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to manage a substantial global team and drive strategic financial initiatives. This role involves leading the integrated planning framework, ensuring timely delivery of planning and forecasting requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with extensive experience in FP&A roles within complex insurance organizations, preferably in Lloyd's. Qualifications

  • Experience of the insurance market, preferably Lloyd’s.
  • Experience of FP&A roles within complex insurance organisations.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies adopted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global planning team and manage planning processes.
  • Work closely with executive management and finance teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of group planning and forecasting.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for an integrated planning suite.
