JBT Marel is seeking a proactive Field Service Administrator / Coordinator to support global field service operations in Livingston. You will coordinate administrative tasks, manage schedules and invoicing, and ensure accurate documentation across CRM/ERP systems.

You will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Service Management, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience from request to completion.

Formación

• Experience in field service administration or service coordination.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in a technical/manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage administrative activities supporting field service operations, ensuring requests and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain field service schedules, assignments, and resource availability.
• Process time reporting, expense claims, customer invoicing, and cost-allocation corrections.
• Prepare and distribute visit documentation, service reports, and performance information.
• Communicate with customers and Field Service Engineers to confirm appointments, manage enquiries, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Provide administrative support and guidance to junior coordinators and administrative colleagues.
• Work closely with Service Management and internal teams to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant service, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Follow established procedures and support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve field service administration, processes, and service quality.
• Support training and development activities for field service administrative teams.
• Provide additional administrative support to Field Service Management as required.
