Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with a bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years in pharma with 5+ years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management and building teams.
• Experience in a global company, preferably with a Global CRO.
• Dedicated, good communicator, team player, and maintains a professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
