Job summary

The ideal candidate speaks both Chinese and English fluently and can work effectively in a multinational environment. The role emphasizes dedication, communication and teamwork to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in pharma and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive pharma industry experience with global feasibility exposure.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility activities.

Responsibilities

• Hold pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years in pharma with 5+ years in global feasibility.
• Specialize in pre-award feasibility.
• Lead and manage teams; experience in building teams or departments preferred.
• Work in a global company setting, with preference for CRO exposure.
• Be dedicated, communicate well, collaborate with the team, and maintain a professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
