Job summary

Tigermed is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background and extensive global feasibility experience to lead and optimize pre-award feasibility activities. The role emphasizes international exposure within a global company context, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication across functions.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required, and prior experience in establishing or scaling teams within a corporate environment is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with more than 5 years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experience in team management; preference for helping establish teams or departments within a company.
• Experience in a global company; preference for experience in a Global CRO.
• Dedicated to the job, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
