Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a pharmaceutical or related field.
• Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Proven team management, with experience building teams or departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead global feasibility activities for drug development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support feasibility studies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor feasibility staff; build and sustain a high-performing team.
• Experience in a Global CRO and working within multinational environments.
• Maintain a professional image and effective internal and external communications.
