Job summary

Tigermed is seeking a highly experienced pharmaceutical Feasibility Lead to join our global team. The role focuses on pre-award feasibility, leveraging over a decade in pharma and more than five years in global feasibility to drive strategic proposals.

The ideal candidate will manage feasibility teams, collaborate across functions, and contribute to building capabilities within a global CRO environment. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, and a strong professional image is essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 5 years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management, including building teams.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO exposure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-award feasibility activities within pharmaceutical projects.
• Lead and manage feasibility teams across global operations.
• Provide strategic input to pre-award proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
