Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years in pharma with 5+ years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experienced in team management; preferred if helped build teams/departments.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO.
• Dedicated and communicative with a good professional image.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities
