Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical field.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management; track record of building teams.
• Experience in a Global CRO or global company.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical background with at least a bachelor's degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experience in team management; preference for individuals who helped establish teams or departments.
• Experience in a global company, with preference for Global CRO exposure.
• Dedicated, a good communicator and collaborator with the team, and a positive professional image.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
