Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical background with a university degree.
• Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with more than 5 years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management; preference for building teams or departments.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO exposure.
• Committed and communicative with a professional image.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
