Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Export Team Leader for our client, a growing supplier of consumable products with a global customer base. You will lead a small team of 3 Export Account Coordinators and manage relationships with over 900 international accounts, ensuring timely responses, accurate quotations, and smooth order progression.

You will use HubSpot to track activity, manage pipelines, coordinate sample shipments, handle export documentation, and liaise with couriers such as DHL,

Qualifications

• Experience in export roles (exports, admin, customer service)
• Proven experience supervising a small team
• Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge and usage
• Experience handling a large volume of international accounts
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes
• Experience coordinating courier shipments (DHL, UPS, TNT)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Export Account Coordinators (3 people).
• Manage relationships with 900+ international customer accounts worldwide.
• Use HubSpot to track activity, manage pipelines and record communications.
• Coordinate dispatch of product samples and follow up for opportunities.
• Liaise on quotations, orders, product availability and delivery schedules.
• Oversee export documentation and compliance with shipping rules.
• Coordinate shipments with couriers including DHL, UPS and TNT.
• Produce reports on activity, opportunities and export performance.
