Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Export Team Leader to oversee a small team and manage international customer accounts. The role involves driving customer engagement, coordinating export processes, and ensuring opportunities progress from enquiry to order.

The successful candidate will lead 3 Export Account Coordinators, oversee 900+ accounts worldwide, and work with HubSpot CRM to optimise pipelines, quotations and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven export experience or background in export admin/service.
• Experience supervising a small team and coordinating multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Export Account Coordinators.
• Manage relationships with 900+ international customer accounts.
• Utilise HubSpot CRM to track activity, pipelines and opportunities.
• Coordinate dispatch of product samples and follow up to generate sales opportunities.
• Liaise with international customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with courier partners and resolve queries promptly.
• Produce reports on activity, opportunities and performance.
