Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Export Sales Team Leader to manage a small team of Export Account Coordinators and oversee a portfolio of 900+ international customers. You will drive engagement, coordinate export processes, shipments and quotes, and convert enquiries into orders while ensuring outstanding service.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of export documentation, and hands-on use of HubSpot CRM to track activity and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous exp in Export, International Sales Support, Export Administration or Export Customer Service roles.
• Proven experience supervising a small team.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
