Job summary

Vitabiotics Ltd. seeks an Export Shipping Executive for a 6-month fixed term contract in North West London. You will manage international export orders from readiness through shipment and delivery follow-up, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.

The role requires hands-on experience in freight forwarding, groupage/LCL and FCL shipments, and preparation of export documents, with SAP and CargoWise proficiency preferred. Hybrid work pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Experience within a freight forwarding environment.
• Proven start-to-finish management of groupage/LCL and FCL export shipments.
• Experience preparing export shipping documentation and working with UK export procedures and freight/broker requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational management of assigned export customer orders, from confirmed order and cargo readiness through dispatch, shipment documentation and delivery follow-up.
• Manage ocean export shipments, including groupage/LCL and FCL movements, using approved freight forwarders, shipping lines, NVOCCs/co-loaders and hauliers.
• Arrange bookings and transport in line with delivery dates, cargo readiness and vessel schedules; coordinate collections and resolve constraints.
• Monitor orders in SAP, including delivery dates, stock availability and backorders; work with Supply Chain to adjust shipments as needed.
• Prepare, check and issue accurate export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, origin certificates).
• Coordinate export customs declarations and supporting evidence with internal teams or brokers; escalate uncertainties before shipment.
