THE·TEAM is seeking experienced client-focused professionals for a role that anchors client relationships across live events and experiential programs. You will coordinate across logistics, budgets, and timelines, acting as the liaison between clients and production teams on-site and in planning stages.

Your background should include hands-on experience in experiential or event agencies, with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organized approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in an experiential or event agency environment.
• Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
• Manage onsite execution and post‑event wrap.
• Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
