Job summary

THE·TEAM in Orpington and Hook seeks experienced client-facing professionals for various account roles in live events and brand experiences. You will coordinate logistics, timelines and production elements, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams on-site and during post-event wrap.

Roles range from Account Executive to Director level, with responsibilities spanning timelines, budgets, staffing, and growth within accounts.

Qualifications

• 0.5-10+ years of client-facing experience in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site experience required; domestic and/or international a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
• Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
