Job summary

THE TEAM is seeking a Senior Experiential Event Executive for our Brand Experience Division at LIVE TEAM. You will plan and deliver brand experiences across multiple accounts throughout the year, working from our London and Orpington offices.

You will manage supplier relationships, budgets, proposals, and post-event reporting while leading on-site delivery, staffing, and client communications. This role is hybrid and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Experiential/live events knowledge including planning and on-site delivery.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking for experiential ideas and concepts.
• Great attention to detail with ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, clients and partners.
• Support scoping, budgeting and initial proposals.
• Provide admin support: quotes, PO requests, invoicing and logistics.
• Prepare timely meeting notes and share actions with stakeholders.
• Own project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate staffing, production suppliers and third parties.
• Assist with budget tracking and cost management.
• Involve in on-site activation, branding and supplier communications.
• Deliver impactful presentations and write post-event case studies.
• Foster strong internal and client team relationships.
