Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking experienced professionals to lead client relationships and drive live experiential programs from concept to on-site delivery. This role connects client needs with production teams to deliver world-class brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of client-facing experience in an experiential or event agency.
• Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
• On-site experience required; domestic and/or international a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
• Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
