Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Client Services Executive in Orpington to join the Motorsports team. You will work across the project lifecycle, manage client accounts, budgets, feasibility, and on-site crew coordination. Regular international travel up to 14 days is involved.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, support risk assessments, and deliver high-quality events for iconic brands in sports, music and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within events or live production.
• Strong communication across verbal, written and presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines under pressure.
• Good numeracy and literacy; comfortable with budgeting and reporting.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure events meet objectives, on time and to high standards.
• Support development of ideas and feasibility within budget.
• Manage the day-to-day administration and budgets for client projects.
• Coordinate on-site staff, suppliers and logistics for events.
• Prepare client reports, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain health and safety processes across projects.
