THE-TEAM in the UK is seeking a Client Services Executive to support motorsports events in Orpington, blending client management with on-site delivery across multiple projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to execution, coordinating crews and budgets for high-profile events.

The role requires international travel up to 14 days and offers varied responsibilities across budgeting, feasibility, stakeholder liaison, and project support.

Formación

• Experience within a similar role is preferred.
• Experience of event management and on-site delivery of projects preferable.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication across verbal, written and presentational formats.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsabilidades

• Ensure work produced meets objectives, on time and to high standard.
• Assist in development of creative ideas within parameters and budget.
• Involvement in research and feasibility of ideas generated.
• Support operational and administrative functions for efficient event delivery.
• Assist with day-to-day financial control of client budgets and supplier quotes.
• Coordinate project systems and ensure data accuracy in client management system.
• Prepare client responses, presentations and reports.
• Manage artwork requests and client approvals.
• Coordinate staff and contractors on site during events.
• Maintain communication and reporting across the event lifecycle.
• Assist with risk assessments and health & safety processes.
