Job summary

Lancaster University seeks a passionate Global Experiences Officer to design, coordinate and promote opportunities that broaden global engagement and enrich the student experience, with a focus on inbound Global Summer Schools and short-term programmes.

You will lead delivery, partnerships and cross-cultural initiatives, ensuring accessible, high-quality mobility opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds and across campuses worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound Global Summer Schools and short-term visiting programmes with academic departments and coordinate global marketing to boost participation.
• Coordinate recruitment and applications for Global Summer Schools from application to delivery.
• Manage delivery of the 2027 Global Summer Schools and short-term programmes with departments to meet high standards and collect feedback.
• Ensure international programmes comply with relevant policies, regulations and best practices.
• Develop systems and processes to sustain strong global partnerships and high-quality student support.
• Work cohesively with the Global Experiences team to support across projects.
