The role focuses on supporting students from recruitment through departure, maintaining records and communications for outbound programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support students throughout their study abroad journey.
• Act as a primary point of contact for outbound mobility programmes.
• Provide guidance and accurate information to students.
• Deliver high-quality administrative support from recruitment through to departure.
• Maintain student records and documentation.
• Coordinate communications related to outbound programmes.
• Assist with events connected to global opportunities activities.
• Help ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with colleagues across the University to enhance the student experience.
