Job summary

The University of Exeter is hiring a Global Opportunities Support Officer (Outbound) to support students on their study abroad journey. This full-time, hybrid role combines administration, guidance and coordination from recruitment through to departure.

You will maintain student records, manage communications, assist with events and ensure processes run smoothly. You will collaborate with colleagues across the University to enhance the outbound experience and deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with strong planning and communication abilities.
• Experience providing high-quality administrative support and maintaining records.
• Skilled at supporting process improvements and coordinating multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance and information to students from recruitment to departure.
