Kainos in Belfast is seeking an Events Associate to support planning, coordination and delivery of global event programmes within the Campaign Activation team. You will assist with Workday-focused events and field marketing activities to drive brand awareness and pipeline progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, events, or project coordination related role.
• Good knowledge of event marketing and willingness to develop further expertise.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting event delivery, project coordination, or campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative team with a can-do attitude.
• Self-starter with motivation and reliability while upholding company values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and management of event plans, budgets, and delivery.
• Support event delivery and activation, logistics, supplier coordination, and attendee management.
• Support flagship and field events, coordinating with Workday Rising and similar activities.
• Contribute to reporting, ROI evaluation, and post-event follow-up.
