Job summary

Kainos in Belfast is seeking a Workday Benefits Lead to implement and configure Workday Benefits for our global client base. You will lead the benefits workstream, align solutions to customer needs, and guide senior stakeholders through complex design decisions.

As a senior member of the consultancy team, you will mentor peers, ensure delivery quality, manage configurations and security, and travel to customer sites in the region when required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Benefits Lead for Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; payroll/Core HCM familiarity a plus.
• Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for Workday Benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Workday Benefits Certification.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional consultants.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Benefits workstream for client implementations.
• Configure, secure and design Workday Benefits processes in alignment with customer needs.
• Provide guidance and thought leadership to the delivery team and clients.
