Job summary

Harbour Energy is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the administration of global discretionary and all-employee share schemes. You will assist plan events, handle data, prepare communications and coordinate with HR, payroll and external administrators to ensure accurate, timely execution.

The role involves reporting on plan data, managing joiners and leavers, and helping with the Directors’ Remuneration data for Harbour Energy’s Annual Report.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data handling experience.
• Experience administering share plans or similar equity schemes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in day-to-day administration of Harbour Energy’s share plans, including grants, vesting, dividends and invitation windows.
• Producing accurate, timely reports on share plan data and updating joiners and leavers records.
• Assisting with the Directors’ Remuneration data for Harbour Energy’s Annual Report and Accounts.
• Responding to discretionary and all-employee share plan queries from current and former employees.
• Collaborating with HR, payroll, Company Secretarial and external administrators to ensure smooth plan operations.
