Job summary

Endava is seeking a Share Plan Manager to lead the governance, administration and continuous improvement of global employee share plans. You will oversee all plan activity, ensure compliance, and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders across Total Rewards, Finance, Tax and Legal.

The role requires strong leadership, governance acumen and the ability to translate complex concepts into business recommendations for executives and the Board. Hybrid work arrangements are available within the UK.

Qualifications

Experience managing employee share plans within a listed company.
Proven leadership of a specialist administration team.
Strong understanding of equity compensation and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Share Plans team to deliver high-quality service.
Own end-to-end administration of global employee and executive share plans.
Prepare papers and recommendations for Exec leadership and Board.
Ensure compliance with plan rules, securities regulations and internal controls.
Maintain governance records and accurate plan data.
Deliver excellent participant experience through clear support and communication.
