Job summary

Endava is seeking a Share Plan Manager to lead governance and the administration of global employee share plans. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee grants and plan events, and deliver high-quality papers to Executive leadership, the Remuneration Committee and the Board.

This role partners with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal and external providers to ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable share plan operations.

Qualifications

Experience managing employee share plans within a listed company.
Experience leading or managing a specialist administration team.
Strong understanding of equity compensation, share plan administration and corporate governance.
Experience preparing papers and presenting to Executive leadership, Boards or Committees.
Experience managing external share plan providers and advisers.
Experience operating within a controlled and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Share Plans team, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
Own end-to-end administration of global employee and executive share plans.
Oversee grants, vesting, exercises and other plan events with accuracy.
Prepare papers and presentations for Executive leadership and Board fora.
Maintain governance records, SOX controls and compliance processes.
Build strong relationships with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal and external providers.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, technology and participant experience.
