Job summary

Apple is seeking a Platform Specialist to join the Global Enterprise Accounts team. You will own and grow client accounts, analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver clear recommendations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners across marketing and product, travel as needed, and represent Apple’s advertising solutions with confidence, building trusted relationships with enterprise advertisers and their agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven demonstrable experience in performance media sales with a self-serve platform.
• Strong understanding of advertising, the mobile and app market.
• Strategic selling with enterprise advertisers and their agencies; understand business objectives.
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and apply best practices.
• Excel proficiency and comfort using AI tools to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing accounts through recommendations to clients on campaign optimization.
• Forge long-term partnerships in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with Client Partners who support business development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams; convey market feedback on products.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and meet revenue and satisfaction targets.
