Job summary

TXM Recruit is partnering with a global engineering installation company to recruit an Operations & Office Manager for their UK operations based in Northampton (Moulton Park).

You will own day-to-day operations, oversee facilities, and provide executive support to senior directors in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery across compliance, IT coordination, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Office/Operations/Facilities Management.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a PA/EA capacity.
• Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety in the workplace.
• Highly organised and proactive with multi-priority management.
• Excellent problem-solving and ownership for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the UK office.
• Manage suppliers, contractors and facilities services.
• Own health & safety and statutory compliance (fire, audits).
• Act as key contact for landlords and building management.
• Provide high-level EA/PA support to senior directors (diaries, travel, board packs).
• Coordinate projects, reporting and internal communications.
• Support IT coordination and onboarding/offboarding.
