Job summary

Kraken seeks a Global Practice Lead to shape the worldwide delivery strategy, leading Regional Practice Leads and ensuring high standards across regions. You will influence product direction, drive client outcomes and align delivery with Kraken's evolving capabilities in energy tech.

You will partner with Delivery, Product, and Engineering leadership to scale the practice, manage cross-regional programs, and build the talent and processes needed for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior global leadership experience required across multiple regions and markets.
• Proven ability to lead complex client delivery and transformations.
• Strong strategic and operating acumen with a delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global vision and strategy for your practice across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Practice Leads and senior delivery leaders.
• Own overall delivery quality and risk management within the practice.
• Represent global client needs and influence product and engineering strategy.
• Drive time-to-value and client outcomes across migrations and engagements.
• Plan long-term capability and workforce strategy for the practice.
