Job summary

Kraken is hiring a Head of People Business Partnering to lead a team of four global People BPs and align people strategy with rapid growth across markets. You will partner with senior leaders, shaping org design, workforce planning, and talent management while driving employee engagement and business outcomes.

In this senior role, you will influence the C-suite, shape the operating model, and oversee ER matters with fairness and rigor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior People Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.
• Experience leading a team of People BPs.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong org design, workforce planning, talent management, and ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of four People BPs globally.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and executives.
• Own the evolving people partnering operating model across employee lifecycle.
• Shape Kraken's people strategy with Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff.
• Coach on complex ER matters with sound judgement and empathy.
• Drive organisational effectiveness through restructures and role design.
• Champion data-led people practices with workforce insights.
