Kraken is seeking a proactive Client Delivery Associate to join its Delivery team. You will partner with internal teams and clients on migration projects, delivering impactful solutions and ensuring seamless technical delivery.

You will work with Client Delivery Leads, Engineers and Operations experts to drive successful outcomes while building strong client relationships and owning small configuration changes.

Formación

• Strong technical curiosity about how things work.
• Experience in a client-facing, delivery, consulting, operations or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver day-to-day client transformation work as part of a project team.
• Build understanding of Kraken's platform and client business model to drive outcomes.
• Develop relationships with client counterparts and communicate clearly as a Kraken ambassador.
• Own small feature rollouts or system configuration from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Analyze client issues using Kraken data to scope actions.
• Triages incoming requests and communicates timelines to Kraken teams.
• Use Slack and Asana to manage tasks, document progress and report.
• Identify risks to client outcomes and escalate early when needed.
• Contribute to team rituals and share learnings to maintain momentum.
• Align with Kraken's principles of simple, client-focused delivery.
