Job summary

Kraken seeks a brilliant Client Delivery Lead to build industry-leading product experiences for clients. You will collaborate with Kraken and client teams to shape roadmaps, define MVPs, and prioritize capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery across complex journeys.

With strong agile delivery and stakeholder management, you will drive product features, resolve issues, and align technology, people, and processes to deliver customer value in the energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience in the energy/utilities sector and B2B/C&I is preferred.
• Solid understanding of technology trends and product management.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy with operational teams and Kraken Tech.
• Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Manage relationships with client counterparts as the first point of contact for tech development and issues.
