Job summary

Kraken, a UK-based energy tech leader, is seeking a senior operational leader to shape Delivery as a scalable system across the organisation. You will mobilise people, set direction and partner with Finance and People to optimise tooling, capacity and governance.

You will own the operating model, dashboards and forecasting, turning data into insight and guiding migration velocity. This role requires influence, emotional intelligence and a proven track record of building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations in fast-scaling tech or professional services.
• Comfortable with data, capacity models and decision-support tooling.
• Proven ability to design and deploy end-to-end operating systems.
• Experience collaborating across People, Finance, Tech and other functions.
• People-first leadership style with credibility to guide teams through change.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong emotional intelligence and care for teams and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Own the tooling roadmap across the Delivery stack and drive adoption.
• Run resource management across the portfolio to balance capacity and demand.
• Own the operational source of truth: delivery metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead cross-cutting programmes to make Delivery scalable and predictable.
